FIRN Graduate Programme
FIRN Graduate Programme is a professional development initiative designed to cultivate a high-quality talent workforce for New Zealand data sector. A collaborative effort between FIRN and various industry partners provides participants with a pathway into the workforce as Junior Data Analysts.
Successful candidates receive six-week intensive training programme from FIRN focusing on tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI among others. This equips graduates with the essential modern technology toolset necessary to thrive in today’s data ecosystems.
Following this initial training, FIRN clients offers practical placements where graduates apply their skills to real-world business problems and strategic projects.
