Overview
Our Graduate Programme is built for diligent, forward-thinking self-starters who are naturally curious, quick to pick up new tools and ways of thinking, and ready to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with all things data, from dashboards through to natural language querying. A collaborative effort between FIRN and various industry partners, it provides you with a genuine pathway into the workforce as a Junior Data Analyst.
Successful candidates receive a six-week intensive training programme from FIRN, getting well versed with the newer, fast-moving tools shaping data and analytics today, including Snowflake, Fivetran + dbt Labs, Coalesce, Tableau, and more. This gives you the technical expertise, business acumen, and consulting experience needed to thrive as a well-rounded data professional.
Following this initial training, you will have practical placements across a genuinely varied client base, giving you the chance to apply your skills to real business problems and strategic projects, and to fast-track your career in the process.
